bracing myself.

AND YOU SHOULD TOO!

This is the not new look in the burbs:

Brace yourselves people! This is me—em-bracing it. Making it happen. Working it. Living-it-up. It’s the scarf look with a medical edge to it. The clean lines and custom fit work on anyone.

Recall that little back pain mishap? Well, it has found its way up and yonder to my neck. (At least things are moving up anyways.) And I am telling you – neck pain is not for sissy’s. It’s a complete and utter pain-in-the-neck! And if ever you find yourself in this condition – not only do I have a cervical collar to borrow out – but some advice:

If you can’t look to the right or the left, avoid doing so. ///
< Do not drive (danger!!! so close – can’t even tell you), and even further do not order coffee in a drive through—they can’t hear when your talking directly into your steering wheel. Do not go out in public unless you want people thinking you are rude as you walk on past without turning and saying hello. >>>

If you can’t look down, think twice before: ///
< Tying your shoe, or putting on socks (that’s a tough one), bending over to brush teeth, looking at a toddler or any person shorter than you, or walking around a house littered with toys that you cannot see – danger!!! >>>>

If lifting isn’t an option for you – don’t: ///
< Be in the same room as a toddler, move a pillow on the bed, or adjust a heavy ice pack. If you drop something it may-as-well not exist. Move on. And slowly. >>>>

//// Do not under any conditions try to put an unruly toddler in a carseat. >>>

Besides that have a good ole time and get well. Soon.

Let’s hope.
